1. Is GST included in your products?
Our products are GST inclusive. Products are sold on MRP only.
2.I'm unable to apply a coupon code to my order
Coupons are applicable on specific products and not across all categories. Please check if your orders are eligible for the coupon. For more assistance email us at info@totalfoods.in
3.Coupon code applied but the discount percentage is not getting applied to my entire order.

4.Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?
Yes, you will be able to order more than one of the same item. You would need to change the numerical quantity number at the product or check out page.
5.Is Free Delivery available while promotional offers are running?
Free Delivery is available on and an above Bill Value of INR 300. Delivery charges are extra for any bill value less than INR 300, offers and coupons will be applicable on the MRP price not on Delivery charges.
6.Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I even cancel it?
Please check your orders before placing them, items cannot be changed once the order has been placed. However, orders can be cancelled within the first 5 minutes after the order is placed.
7.Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?
f you didn’t receive email after placing an order, please call us at 18002122102 between 10 a.m. to 6p.m except Sundays & any holidays.
8.What to do if I don’t receive order confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder in your inbox. Also, make sure you have entered the correct email id.
9.Why are the items in my shopping cart no longer available?
Your items will be in your cart unless you remove them or the items go out-of-stock. Make sure you are logged in your Total account, your name will appear on top and there you can manage your orders.
10.Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?
Yes, registering is mandatory. Make sure you register with Google/Mobile no to place an order successfully.
11.My orders arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Make sure to check the products at the time of delivery and if found unsatisfactory ask for a return or refund at the time of delivery. Please note that once products are delivered successfully, one cannot return or ask for refund.
12.Do you offer refunds?
If products are found unsatisfactory at the time of delivery, we will initiate refund within 15 working days.
13.How long does it take to refund cancelled order?
If you have cancelled an order or the order has not been delivered to you and you have already paid for the same, a refund will be initiated within 5 working days.
14.Is Total products available across the country?
Currently we are only delivering orders in Kolkata, west Bengal.

16.What to do if I pay via Cash on Delivery and seek refund due to cancellation?
For cash on delivery please check the products at the time of delivery and if found unsatisfactory please don’t accept the items and ask for fresh products. We will not allow return or refund once products are delivered successfully.
17.I am unable to log in to my account.
Try forgot password option at the time of login. We will send an account recovery link to your email.
18.I have not yet received my refund for online payment.

20.Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?
No, you cannot apply more than one coupon on a single order. We allow only one coupon to a single order.
21.What is the difference between fresh chilled / frozen meat?
A frozen meat is kept in a frozen atmosphere in a temperature of -18⁰ C .Fresh chilled chicken is kept in a cold atmosphere of 0 to -4⁰ C
22.Is it safe to freeze the meat, and then thaw it and consume?
Make sure to read the thawing and cooking instructions on the back of Frozen chicken packs. We recommend cooking properly after thawing.
23.Can I fry my marinades?
Yes, fry the marinades well and read the cooking instructions on the back of the packs.
24.How can I track my order?
Currently we don’t have the live tracking option. We are working to offer it soon.
25.What happens in case of a payment failure?
If charges are deducted in case of a payment failure, refund will be initiated through vendor payment gateway. For more details call our customer care no. during official hours.
26.Why there is a difference between my bill amount and what was shown on the website
Prices shown on the website are for reference purpose only. Bill value may differ during the checkout process; the final bill value is based on the actual net weight of the chosen products.
27. Why is the price difference of meat between local vendors and Total products?
Total chicken is Halal certified. Our products are carefully sourced, handled, processed and stored with utmost care and hygiene. Our chicken is supple, tender, fresh and juicy. We promise to deliver great taste and value with each of our products. With Total products you only get the best chicken and eggs.
28.Can I pick up my order from the nearest outlet?
If a customer has placed an order via phone call, in that case the order can be picked from his/her nearest Total outlet. Orders placed on the website cannot be self-picked, our delivery agent will drop them off to your door step.
29.Are your meats processed using growth promoting hormones and any antibiotics?
No, our meat does not have any growth promoting hormones, and most of our products are antibiotics free.
30.Is the meat Halal?
Yes, Total products are Halal Certified.
31.What is the shelf life of Total meat?
The shelf life of Total chilled chicken is 3 Days and for Frozen Total chicken packs, it is 12 Months.
32.Is cash on delivery available on Total website?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. You pay for you order at the time of delivery at your doorstep.
33.What is the minimum order for Delivery?
There’s no minimum order. However we charge a minimum delivery fee with orders below INR 300.
34. Do you deliver in my area?
Make sure to check the pincode eligibility on the product/checkout page when visiting the website. If we are unable to deliver at your location we will inform you before check out.
35.Where to find current offers?
Current offers will be listed on the product page or you can check the coupon section at the time of checkout.
36. Do you have Offline outlets?
Yes, we have Total exclusive stores across Kolkata, please check the store locator on our website to know about your nearest Total store.

Our products are available in all major modern retail stores across India, Total exclusive stores and on Total website.
38.Is same day delivery available?
Orders placed before 6 p.m. can be delivered to you on the same day unless specified otherwise.
39.Whether company has power to cancel the order?
Yes, due to non -availability of ingredients or products / items or nonavaila biliry of home delivery facility, due to unavoidable circumstances company can cancel the order.
40.Under what circumstances, order can be return?
If products are found unsatisfactory at the time of delivery, customers can return the orders. Once delivered successfully orders cannot be returned.
41.Can I return the order after opening the packaging or partly used products?
No, if products are delivered successfully, products cannot be returned. Partially or fully used products cannot be retumed or replaced.
42.Shall I get refund of Delivery charges also?
No, delivery charges are extra. We will refund the product value amount
43.Could I get any confirmation message?
Yes, we will send order confirmation text message and email to your registered mobile no. and e-mail id once an order is placed.
44.What are the modes of payment?
Payment can be made by Cash / Debit or Credit Card / Net Banking / Mobile Wallet
45.1s there any coupon or discount?
Company at its sole discretion may issue discount coupon from time to time.

47.When I can expect delivery of order?
Order placed on any day between 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. shall be delivered on the same day. Any order placed after 6:00 PM. shall be delivered on the next working day of the store. If the immediate next working day is holiday for any reason, delivery will be done on the first working day after the order was placed. Delivery may be delayed in case of unavoidable circumstance, such as strike, unforeseen events etc.
